Our Mission ____________________________________________
Here at LACS, we provide a quality Christian education which
prepares our students spiritually and academically to influence the world for
Christ. Our vision is to see the world fall in love with Jesus by having our
graduates live out the character of Christ wherever God sends them. It’s our belief that academic excellence and spiritual development go hand-in-hand. With God as the source of all truth, education becomes an exciting adventure. By challenging our students to excel in all areas of their lives, we’re preparing leaders for tomorrow. At LACS, our students belong to a Christ-centered community where teachers and staff seek to integrate faith within all academic disciplines.

Dedicated to God's Kingdom ___________________________________________________________________________ God's Word is presented in weekly Chapel services, Bible classes, as part of the sports program and throughout our academic curriculum. Moreover, at Lake Arrowhead Christian School, the Truth of Scripture is the standard by which our attitudes, words and actions are measured. As such, we feel that our students are treasures, special gifts from God that should be nurtured and educated to be properly equipped to answer the call that God places on their life. In fact, one of the most noticeable differences between LACS and the public school system is positive peer pressure. Our students are encouraged and motivated by each other to Honor the Lord, to excel academically and to love one another. This positive encouragement is accompanied by acceptance and friendship. In turn, new students find that it actually takes only minutes to begin making friends at LACS. Our school provides a safe, caring environment where students can excel to their full potential and develop into Godly young men and women. Our
students participate in many activities including math Olympics, speech
meets, art competitions, science camps, and educational fieldtrips.
Additionally, our seventh and eighth
grade is the only Junior High program with interscholastic sports competition
in the Our History and Direction ___________________________________________________________________________ Our school
was established in 1978 under the direction of our principal, Randall Leonard
and his wife Jan. In the last 30 years, the Lord has grown the school to a
strong student body of more than 130. God has also brought together a staff
of Christian believers dedicated to each student growing in the character of
Christ. Different from many
other private schools, we have been blessed with educators that have made
long-term commitments to our students, many over 20 years. Subsequently, our staff has truly
brought a depth of professionalism to our campus rarely seen even at the
largest public schools. God has
truly blessed our school with a dedicated and competent staff of loving
employees, teachers and administrators. Additionally, the families of our
students are entirely devoted to the success of our school. We have seen the
exceptional spiritual growth in our students for ourselves and know that God
has truly blessed our programs. Our alumni return and share the incredible
things the Lord is doing in their lives. Can the same be said about your
